Four more photos from the AMG film New Slaves for the King.  Top photo, from the left: Bill Mahrer, John Q. Adams, Ronnie Peace and Gary Pederson. 

Filmed in 1965, but not released until 1971.  It was one of the last AMG films released where the models wore pouches. 

A nice rear view of the models.  The model who played the King (crown) was not identified; however, Cambria thinks it might be Laverne (?) Foster. 

We were told Ronnie was 6ft 4in and weighed 200lbs.  Gary appears to be roughly the same size with maybe a few more pounds of muscle.  Unfortunately, this was his only film.

New Talent

A still from the 1965 AMG film Talent for Sale. 

Jim Panama (hat) is the talent scout who brings three prospective models to Bill Stevens (far left) for his review.  The three prospects (Bill Nolan, Bill Mahrer and Wayne Byrd) pose and preen for Stevens approval.  An argument breaks out and soon all of the guys (minus Panama) are on the floor in one big melee. 

Jim Panama was actually Bob Mizer's talent scout, often bringing Mizer young guys he met on his many travels by rail across the country.  

Slave For A Queen

I'm reposting this photo.  Guido wrote to say I mixed up a couple of models' names from the AMG film Slave for a Queen.

AMG Film

Cambria sent me this AMG photo to ask if I could identify the three models on their knees in front of John Adams.  I once had a b&w copy of this photo, but I was never able identity any of the guys except John. 

I think this might be from a film. 

The three unknowns are (left to right) Bill Mahrer, Ronnie Peace and Gary Pederson in the film New Slaves for the King.  Cambria found confirmation after sending this to me.

Threesome Wrestling

Tom Woods, Bill Mahrer and Terry Caldwell pose for a promo photo of their wrestling match at AMG in 1968.  One of the last AMG wrestling matches where they wore posing straps.

Slave for a Queen

From the left: Bill Mahrer, Gordon Parnell, Mary Scott and Ron Roberts in a couple of stills from the AMG film Slave for a Queen.  Although promoted by AMG in the mid-1960s, I don't think the film was ever released. 

Once in a blue moon Mizer would add a real woman to the cast.  Usually she was the wife or girlfriend of one of the guys in the film.  I don't think we were ever told which of these guys was her beau.  But if I had to guess, I would go with Gordon.  This was the only film either of them did. 

AMG Wrestlers

Tom Woods, Bill Mahrer and Terry Caldwell in a promo card for their wrestling match, circa 1962.  I never saw this one, but I have seen Tom in other wrestling matches.  Not only was he easy on the eyes (cute butt) he definitely had some talent on the mats.
