I originally made this post post roughly four years ago. All of the models were (at the time) unknown to me.
The guy in the top two photos now looks familiar, I just can't think of his name. See comments. Brian says this is Kip Reely. Tim wrote and said the same. Thanks guys!
The first two are Kip Reely. BTW You've mispelt your label for him on another post as 'Lip Reely'.
