I thought that he spelled his name Eddy Gruthuis. He wrestled Bob Thompson on film for Bob Mizer in 1965. But it was not scheduled for release until 1975 and by then no one wanted b&w Posing Pouch Wrestling films. Mizer said the Wrestling was poor in the film so I expect it never was released.
This is Eddie Groothuis. He posed with Bob Thompson a couple of times.
