See Guido's comment. This still is from the AMG film Prince, Jester and Slave and the guy playing the Prince looks like the same guy who played the king in another film -- but it's not him. Guido identified this guy as Rick Williams. Jim Giussi was also in the film.
I think it's from a different film: Prince Jester & Slave.
