I think that's Eddie James on the left with the bulging pouch.
See comments. Guido thinks the other guy's name is Gary Herman. Based on that tattoo on the upper part of his left arm, I agree. The film was called Two Hoods Go Camping. It was released in 1966.

ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteGEVI notes that another source says Bob James and Gary Herman for the cast of "Two Hoods go Camping". Do you think Bob James is just a error and it is really Ed James.?
DeleteAs far as Gary Herman now is identified by his tattoo, I think that the "Bob James" in the Grecian Guild is just an error by Bob Mizer (not the first he made with the names of his models) and it should be "Ed James"
DeleteThe background and the shaving foam made me think of "Two Hoods go Camping" but the cast in the GG is Bob James (?) and Gary Herman. I also found Ed James and Don Wiseman (?) named as cast.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I think you're right on the title. Part of the plot includes the guys spraying each other with lather. Bingo! GEVI says it had Ed James and Don Wiseman in the cast. That's not Don Wiseman. I agree with your source saying it's Gary Herman. Check the top of this model's left arm. I can faintly see his tattoo and compare it to other photos I have posted of Gary. I say that's a match. Thanks for your help, Guido.

DeleteYou were faster finding Gary Herman photos with the tattoo ;-)
DeleteGuido I am going to ask the BMF about this film and I will let you know what they say next week. I have never seen a GEVI listing for a film (Two Hoods Go Camping) that has 2 different pairs of actors listed for the cast. DON WISEMAN is clearly not in that film. BOB James had a large Panther Tattoo on his upper arm which I do not see in this photo. It is bizarre.
DeleteThere is a GEVI listing for the film. I just noticed it even mentions the cast issue.
DeleteThanks, James (and Guido) for your info here. I have two other photos from this shoot and had the wrong name for Gary. It's definitely Ed James (aka Chris Andrews) on the left. Crazily, I did have Gary identified properly in a third photo (where they have name cards) but I hadn't realised it was the same pair. I'll send you the three photos, James. They're all a large size and good quality.
