I did't recognise him, but my software suggested Bob Barringer. I think it's correct. I only have one other photo of him. In that photo a tattoo he has on his right lower arm is distinct. You can see a hint of it in the first photo here, but the shadow line is right on it. Let me know if you want me to send you that one photo, James.
