Are you sure that it's not the same guy? Looks very similar to me and as for the first name of John, in the Boy Factory still photo I have, the first name isn't given. Even GEVI only gives names for Bob Lewis and Ron Elledge and says: "At least one more unidentified performer with a last name of Crawford."
I've got only one more solo shot of him. However, I have 12 photos of him posing with Ron Elledge & Bob Lewis from their AMG film: Boy Factory.
