The Moroccan Theater was originally the Red Barn nightclub. In October 1942, Bette Davis and John Garfield organized it into the famous Hollywood Canteen ! The canteen closed with a Thanksgiving dinner in Nov 1945. From 1953 to 1957 it was the Moroccan Theater, in December 1966 the theater was demolished and is now a parking structure. The Little Hut was a comedy play that featured actors Marsha Hunt and Leon Ames and ran in the mid fifties at the Moroccan and Carthay Circle theaters. At different times, Physique models Don Fuller and Gordon Hansen played the roll of the jungle savage the lead characters encounter in the Little Hut. -Rj
