Does anyone else think this is Art Byman?

Art appeared in Physique Pictorial Vol. 16 No.1 published in January, 1966.  The Subjective Characters tell us Mizer didn't know much about him except that Art had a "vagueness of purpose". 

It's the only photo I have of Art where he's not wearing those knit briefs he seemed to favor.
