More Jack...or is it Frank?

Thanks to Brian E. I now possess six more photos of Jack Colbert (aka Frank Colombo) by Pat Milo.  We're not sure which name Milo used for this handsome stud, or who gave him the other name.  Perhaps someone can shed some light on that mystery.

I don't recognize this guy and I think that tattoo would look familiar if I did.  Anyone?
