Ron the Square

I've already told the story of Ron Milhorn being the son of 1950s AMG model Bill Milhorn.  This photo, which appeared in Physique Pictorial Vol. 30 (August 1977), is where I first learned the connection.  Ron also appeared on the cover of that issue and in two other issues of PP.

The AMG Subjective Character Codes found on the bottom left of the top photo, tell us Ron was a typical straight guy and "a square".  Translation: You can look, but you can't touch.

Ron did two films at AMG -- a solo posing session and a naked wrestling match with hunky blond Richard E. Lee.  I've never seen either one.  I wonder if there are any photos from that wrestling match.

Father & Son

I first posted the top photo in this post way back in April 2019 when I realized the guy on the left was Joe Leitel.  I vaguely recognized the guy on the right but could not identify him at the time.  Guess what?  Now I remember who he is and there's a cute story to go with the name.

The model's name is Bill Milhorn.  He posed for AMG around the mid-1950s but he never did a film that I know of.  Bill was hanging out at the AMG compound one day and had to use the phone.  He spoke to an operator and he started flirting with the young lass.  Bill got her number and set up a date.  Well, Bill wound up marrying the girl and they had a son named Ron.

Two decades later Ron showed up at the AMG compound and continued the Milhorn tradition of posing for Mizer.  The other photo in this post is Ron Milhorn on the cover of Physique Pictorial in August 1977.
