Long ago when I read a promo for this film, I thought the word "maniken" was a misspelling of the word "mannequin".  But it's actually a word.  It means someone who is unusually small.  While reviewing these great photos of Bill the word "small" does not come to mind -- especially between the legs.  So maybe it was a misspelling.  Or, at worst, someone used the wrong homonym.
