Jean Claude by Colt.  He was much better known as bodybuilder Ric Drasin, one of the guys who made Muscle Beach an attraction in Venice, CA. 

Ric passed away three years ago at the age of 76.  Read his Wikipedia page for a good synopsis of his interesting life. 

Man Around Town

Richard Alan Drasin known in the pro bodybuilding arena as Ric Drasin.  One of the first denizens of Muscle Beach which helped to promote his name in the bodybuilding world. 

Some background on this guy: 

    He designed both the Gold's Gym and World Gym logos used to promote those venues. 

    One of Mae West's muscle boys in the movie Sexette. 

    Posed for Jim French's COLT studio as Jean-Claude. 

    Performed in a gay porn loop with fellow bodybuilders Ken Sprague (BKA Dakota) and Bob          Birdsong (aka, Bob Wren). 

   

Ric Dreslin

American bodybuilder, personal trainer, actor, stuntman, author and professional wrestler, Rick Drasin.  

Ric was one of the early denizens of Muscle Beach.  Did you know he designed the logo for Gold's Gym?
