Ron Wallace -- Part 1 of 6

It's Ron Wallace Day here at MFBT!  Let's celebrate by looking back at his somewhat long and prolific career at AMG and Wyngate & Bevins. 

Ron Wallace was originally from Dubuque, Iowa.  He showed up at the AMG studio in 1964 when he was 20 years old.  At that time Ron stood 5ft 7in and carried 135lbs.  

The top photo has Ron posing with Dave Haupert and Jerry Sullivan in what I think was Ron's first film -- Space Mutiny.  I saw this film many years ago but don't recall much about it.  I was  probably focused on Mr. Sullivan through most, if not all of it.  Sue me. 

I don't think this photo is from the Space Mutiny film, although it looks like it was made around the same time.

I probably have more photos of Jerry in the AMG shower than any other model.  I'm not complaining.  Here he is with a young Ron Wallace.  I think these photos were taken after the guys filmed Space Mutiny (with Dave Haupert) in 1965.  

Ron was literally one of the first AMG models to do a full nude film for Mizer, but that was a few years after this film was made. 

I would give Ron a gold star for these shower photos.  It looks like he did his best to make sure Jerry was squeaky clean. 

Space Mutiny

From the AMG film Space Mutiny released in 1964.  Top photo, from the left: Dave Haupert, Ron Wallace and Jerry Sullivan.  

Jerry plays the Captain Kirk role in this space fantasy.  Ron and Dave revolt and some wrestling ensues.  Although not shown in these photos, the guys were wearing silver lamé posing pouches.  It made for an interesting look. 

Ron and Jerry were two of the most popular AMG models of the 1960s and they both did many films.  Dave did this film and one other -- a wrestling match with (Wait for it!) Jerry Sullivan.  Jerry was a personal fave of mine, but I must admit I got lost staring at Dave's lovely derriere.
