See comments.  Brian and Guido agree this is Chuck Maxey (left) and Joe Svirbelly.  I've posted photos of both models in the past.  

Just to confuse matters, I've also seen Chuck's last name as Maxcy. 

Brother Beatle

Joe keeps annoying older brother Mike who is trying to study for a big exam.  Mike gives Joe a pounding on the mats to teach him a lesson.  

I don't understand the title.  Was this a reference to the British rock group who was topping the charts in the US at that time?  Or was this some type of colloquialism from that era?
