The model I called "Brawny" for a long time was finally identified by Cambria as John Chapman who posed for AMG in 1969. Over the past three years it seems that a photo of John will show up somewhere every few months, or so.
Well here he is again in the AMG shower wearing a "Tarzan" brief and holding a name plate. He's not nude, but any day with a new photo of Brawny is a red letter day for me!
My friend at VMM has posted three new photos of AMG model John Chapman, the man we called Mr. Brawny for a long time. Although the model was not identified, I'm almost positive this is John.
Maybe this was from some sort of publication that specialized in nudes on bikes. It's a niche market, but I'm sure it would appeal to some.
I'm still a little shocked these photos showed up on one of my favorite blogs. You know what that means? Well, maybe there are more photos!

It's been a long time coming, but we finally have no doubt the model I've been calling Brawny is indeed John Chapman.
Cambria went straight to the source and contacted the Bob Mizer Foundation (BMF) for an ID. He tells me they responded to his inquiry within three hours and sent him the contact sheet below as proof. They also confirmed John did one solo film in 1969 that was never released. And get this! The source at BMF told Cambria they are working on gathering many of Mizer's films that were never released for a special DVD issue. This is exciting news! I suspect many of those films would include models from the mid to late 1960s that I've come to appreciate -- but the fact the mode!s wore pouches reduced their chances of being released after Mizer went full nude. This begs the question "Why was Mr. Chapman's film never released"? Beats me! Properly promoted I think that film would have been a good seller!
So thanks to Cambria for getting the name and the news! Great job mate!
P.S. It appears there might be a few more photos of John I've never seen. The photos with the goat and especially the one labeled BL would be nice additions to the collection. The search continues.
Look what Brian found! A new photo of Brawny -- well, new to us. We've been trying to get his name for a couple of years. With luck, maybe that will be the next great discovery.
Cambria says this is John Chapman, circa 1969. There was another John Chapman in the 1980s.

My friend Jerry at VMM posted these two photos of a guy we've been trying to identify for over a year and a half. With no name, I decided to call him Brawny, or Mr. Brawny, if you prefer.
Thanks to Brian E. both Jerry and I received several additional photos of this perfect specimen for our blogs. Well, I never posted these two and frankly, they're two of the best!

It's Mr. Brawny, the hot AMG model we can't put a name to. I actually posted this photo back in December 2020 in one of my Shower series. Now I have him labeled so when we get his name we can update all the photos we have.
