What a tease!

A repost from quite some time ago.  Gary in Tennessee wrote and gave me a name.  Then immediately wrote a second email a minute later saying he was wrong.  No problem, Gary.  I can relate.  

So I'll try again.  Can anyone enlighten Gary and me? 

Brian says this is Philip Bastin.  He's right.  I posted photos of Philip and his brother (Arley) in the past.
