What's In A Name?

Let's take another stroll through my Unknown folder and put some names to these guys. 

This one was labeled Peter Gates, which is probably his name.  So, ummm, let's move on.  

I believe Rikart is the studio. 

At fist I thought this might be an amateur photo.  Someone wanted to record this for posterity.
