There was another Hans Mueller in the 1990s who made approximately 1,844 videos.  Maybe it just seemed that way.

Kurt Deitrick moved Freddie to the backyard to photograph him in natural light.   Some readers will recognize this location used by Bruce for many of his models.  

Here's Freddie in Physique Pictorial Vol. 32 published in May, 1979.  Mizer tell us Freddie was 20 years old which dates the photo to 1976/77.  Freddie was still filming wrestling matches at AMG in 1983/84.

Nice Guy

A good set of color photos of Old Reliable model Cherokee by Kurt Deitrick in the 1980s.  Kurt called him Randy Dixon. 

David Hurles spoke highly of this guy.

Hans Mueller by Kurt Deitrick.  The t-shirt says Moline Maroons.  It's the name of the sports team at a high school in Moline, Illinois.  Oddly, the name does not appear in the middle photo. 

I suspect Kurt gave him the shirt and shorts to wear for the photo shoot.  Or, maybe not.  I would say I can't imagine Hans wearing that outfit on the streets, but I'm imagining it right now.  

Hans did some work at AMG and Nova in 1981.  I believe Kurt photographed him in 1984. 

A True Gentleman

The first time I saw the model Cherokee was in the 1988 Old Reliable video Uncut 6 -- a tape dedicated to uncut models.  David Hurles spoke highly of this carpenter from Virginia, calling him a true gentleman.  Hurles also stated Cherokee first appeared in an issue of In Touch magazine seven years prior to his first session at OR. 

While I was perusing the Internet yesterday, I found the first photo in this post.  That's Cherokee in the bottom left corner of the page when he was roughly 21 years old.  The photo is from Kurt Deitrick who called him Randy Dixon.  I hadn't thought of Cherokee in quite a while, but I recognized him right away. 

During his OR video session, we learned another photographer had Cherokee shave his torso, so it sounds like he had recently posed for someone else.  He returned to OR several times over the next three years or so and, for me, he was always a pleasure to watch. 

On a sad note, in 1991 Cherokee decided to leave California and hitchhike his way back to Virginia.  Hurles gave him a ride to the interstate and it was there they said their goodbyes.  A few months later, Hurles received an anonymous letter with a clipped newspaper article enclosed.  The article told the details of Cherokee's death.  He was murdered by a serial killer in Virginia who focused his evil on gay men.  I was never able to find any additional information.

So if Cherokee posed for Deitrick, there must be other photos of him out there -- and possibly more from the photographer who made him shave his chest.  I plan to start a new search.  

Porn Stars Of The Past

Lance, a huge gay adult star in the 1980s, relieves himself in Kurt Dietrick's backyard, formerly owned by Bruce of LA. Oddly, Kurt had several other porn stars do the same thing. 

Well Hello Scotty!

Scotty Cunningham by Bruce of LA.  I wonder what happened to him after he sold Bruce Bella's home to Kurt Deitrick.  

Handsome Hans

Nova porn star Hans Mueller in a Kurt Deitrick photo dated 1984.  

He did his Nova work around 1980 where he had a big mop of curly hair that made him easy to remember.  He also was well hung, so there's that.  

Hans did one AMG spanking film which I have never seen.  Maybe someday.  

Switching Teams

Greg "Rocky" Rome did a couple of dozen straight pornos in the 80s, but occasionally switched teams to play with the guys.  

He was a pretty boy known for his blond locks and sharp tan lines.  See him in Santa Monica Blvd (L.A. Video, 1985) where he's paired with Julian Adams.  He also stopped by Old Reliable in 1986 and did a solo where he was well oiled and had a darker tan.  But he still had that alabaster butt.   

I know the top photo in this post is from Kurt Deitrick and I think the black & white photo is also from Kurt.  

He Looks Like a Fun Guy
