I think we might have a Playgirl model here.
MaxA wrote to tell me this is Bob Prince from the January, 1975 issue of Playgirl. This is the second time I posted his photos.
A collection of classic male physique photos from the 20th century with an emphasis on the thousands of men who posed for Athletic Model Guild (AMG).

Let's start the week off right with this cute Playgirl model. Mark was Man Of The Month in the May, 1982 issue.
Another photo of Playgirl model Phillip "Phil" Avalon who was the centerfold in the November, 1974 issue.
Phil wrote the script and starred in the film Summer City (Christopher Fraser, 1977), a film about surfers Down Under who get involved with a murder. It was Mel Gibson's first film.
I have no information on this photo. I'm getting a bit of a Playgirl feel from it, though.
Dart says this is Phil Avalon from Playgirl in November, 1974. Thanks!
I got this one from Tumblr. I've always thought it was a Playgirl photo.
Paul Caspary in the November, 1977 issue of Playgirl. Thanks Cambria!
Steven Spagnolo in the January, 1983 issue of Playgirl magazine. Spagnolo is Italian for Spaniard. (I don't know why I know that.). So, is he an Italian?. Or a Spaniard?
Recently Jerry over at VMM had a Playgirl day on his blog and posted this photo. His name is Joe Ingram and he was the centerfold model in the December, 1983 issue.
Playgirl models showing a full erection was still relatively new and rare. While Geoff Minger is credited as being the first PG model to do so in the January, 1980 issue, it was this guy who captured my attention. To see Geoff's photo, click his name from the column on the right.
PG told us Joe was 27 years old and lived in Salinas, CA. I don't recall much else about him, but this centerfold and the photo Jerry posted are two of my all-time PG favorites.
For more treats, click Joe's name in the label section.
My friend at Vintage Male Models (click here) recently posted the top photo in this post and noted it was one of his most popular posts of the past year. Fortunately, I was reclining on my divan when i saw this and did not fall to the floor due to the lightheadedness I experienced while I carefully studied this photograph.
His name is Dan Delaney and he appeared in Playgirl magazine in August, 1977. I've included two other photos from that issue in the event you may want to see the other side of Dan. I must say though, the top photo is an incredible view of Mr. Delaney's fine ASSets.
An attractive Playgirl Discovery model I don't recognize. I guess there's no point in wearing a helmet.
Tommy Burgess was the centerfold in Playgirl magazine in September, 1989. I can't be the only one who thinks Clairol was involved.
Reader KentP commented on my previous post and photo of Playgirl model David Van Brunt. Kent also included a link to a very similar photo of David (2nd photo) and made some interesting points in his comments.
The top photo is the one I posted a few days ago. The other photo is from the link Kent provided. I'll summarize his comments. First of all, the top photo did not appear in the magazine; however, the second photo did. So where did it come from? Was the top photo a Photoshop job? Kent and I agree it is not. The photos are similar, but not identical. (Note the placement of David's left hand. It's closer to his torso in the first photo.) Was this published in a later issue? Perhaps one of those Best Of retrospectives? Possibly. Was David's full erection felt to be too risqué for publication? Well, Playgirl first showed a full erection in 1980, three and a half years prior to this. So, probably not.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Where and/or when was this first published?
Geoff Minger has the distinction of being the first Playgirl model to display a full erection. January, 1980.
John Corvello by Colt. All six feet and 210 lbs of him.
In 1965 John won the Mr. California title and his photos made the cover of several bodybuilding mags. In February, 1975 John was named Playgirl's Man of the Month. I'm not sure when he posed for Colt, but I'm guessing around 1980.
Jimmy Metz by Fox.
Jimmy appeared in the first video I ever saw from Fox. (Bo Richards was on the box cover, so I couldn't resist.) In Jimmy's scene, he did a solo on his motorcycle. Fox stated they got tons of mail from fans who wanted more. He delivered. Jimmy did two more vids for them where he greatly expanded his repertoire.
A few years later, Jimmy was the centerfold model in the September, 1986 issue of Playgirl. They called him Larry Young -- possibly his real name.
