I know I've posted this model in the past. Believe it or not, I recognize the hair style...not the butt. How odd!
Photoplay reminded me, this is John Adams. The other one.
A collection of classic male physique photos from the 20th century with an emphasis on the thousands of men who posed for Athletic Model Guild (AMG).

Laverne Foster (crown) and John Adams (standing) wrestles Ronnie Peace in the AMG film New Slaves for the King.
See comments. Thanks to Cambria for clearing up a discrepancy.
John Adams and Jay Unrich.
A reader sent me these photos in response to a question about Jay. I just don't recall the details. If you were that reader, please comment below.
Four more photos from the Cecil B. DeMizer production of Roman Bacchanal. Click the Label to see a photograph of all the guys holding name plates.
Four more photos from the AMG film New Slaves for the King. Top photo, from the left: Bill Mahrer, John Q. Adams, Ronnie Peace and Gary Pederson.
Filmed in 1965, but not released until 1971. It was one of the last AMG films released where the models wore pouches.
Jerry Ulrich (left) and John Q. Adams in the AMG shower. Thanks to Cambria for Jerry's ID.
This is my first photo of Mr. Ulrich and from this angle he looks fine to me. Maybe someone will send me more photos of him so I can do a more complete examination. 😋
John Adams at AMG. There were two different John Adams at AMG. One of them is also known as John Q. Adams, but over the years I've seen both of them referred to as John Q. Adams. Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
Cambria sent me this AMG photo to ask if I could identify the three models on their knees in front of John Adams. I once had a b&w copy of this photo, but I was never able identity any of the guys except John.
I think this might be from a film.
The three unknowns are (left to right) Bill Mahrer, Ronnie Peace and Gary Pederson in the film New Slaves for the King. Cambria found confirmation after sending this to me.
AMG model John Adams by (I think) Pat Milo. John was one of those models who started at AMG in the pouch era, but eventually went full nude for Mizer.
Bob Bethea by Dave Martin. The location almost looks like a studio background.

Thanks to CambriaDavid I now have photos from the AMG film Roman Bacchanal released in 1973. Good thing we have name plates for this one because I don't recognize most of the models.
As far as I can tell this film was never promoted in any of the PP magazines. Although it was not released until 1973 it was actually filmed in the mid 1960s.
There's some fine looking young men in these photos whom I've never posted on this blog. For some of them, this was their only work at AMG.
John Adams did some work for Bobco and AMG. He was another one to go from posing pouch to full nude. I'm not sure who took this photo, but I'm glad they did. John really put on some muscle.
Update: Cambria tells us this one is from Pat Milo. See comments below.
From the left: Jim Giussi, John Adams, Pat White and Wayne Byrd in a still from the AMG film Angelic Hood. Jim plays a hood who is captured by three officers. So why are the officers wearing stripes?
This is my first photo of Mr. Byrd. Bruce of LA did a really nice photo session with him that I need to post for your appreciation.
AMG model John Adams in a photograph by BOBCO.
John started with AMG near the end of that studio's posing strap era. We did get to see John fully naked when that studio went all "natural". If you click on his Label at the bottom I've have posted one of those photos.
