Rick is trying to finish his homework when little brother Jim keeps interrupting and making too much noise. You know what's coming next! Rick puts Jim over his knee and gives him a well-deserved spanking. Based on what we learned about Jim, I'm sure Bob Mizer enjoyed filming this one.
