Tom & Joe (Updated)
See comments below. In my original post I misidentified the muscular guy behind Joe Napoli. That's Thomas J. Scott, aka Tom Scott. Thanks to Cham Cham for his help on this one.
That's not Joe Petricelli. Joe Petricelli has distinctive tattoos on both upper arms, which this model lacks. I don't have a name for model, but I have several photos of him with Joe Napoli.
Ah, I have found the guy's name. His name is Thomas C. Short. I have a photo of him from what looks to me like Physique Pictorial, where he is posing with James (Jim) Guissi. Coincidentally, just today, I found a link to a compilation of several AMG videos, and one of them had both Tom and Jim holding their name cards, so that's how I got the name.
