Sorry, I don't. I've never kept photographer info for my photos. I had a look at my other photos of Rod, and one of them is from the cover of "SCAN" magazine: Jan 1968, No. 22 (75¢). In two other photos, he's with Jim Rollins. This is all I can add, info wise. I hope it's of some use.
