The guy with the impressive pompadour (left in the last photo and right in the penultimate photo) is Del Morgan. His companion is Paul Cage.

I find it hard to recall names of a lot of the models. I have to resort to using my photo app's facial recognition.
DeleteAs for penultimate possibly sounding pretentious (Jamais!), there's nothing wrong with using a word that handily and succinctly conveys meaning.
