This is NOT the house used in Sunset Boulevard. The pool in Sunset Boulvard was rectangular and had straight edges.(it actually had to be built for the film, originally no pool) This pool has curved scalloped edges. This home is actually the estate built by Hollywood mogul Sol Wurtzel in 1930. The house had various owners. In the late 1940s to mid 1950s a famous Hollywood clarevoyant (not Criswell) owned the home and allowed physique photographers to use the grounds and pool in exchange for prints/copies of the photos taken. -Rj inthe IE
