TERRY SHANNON holding a Gun at AMG in 1972.! Apparently TERRY used to hang out at the Spotlight Bar in Hollywood in 1972. The Spotlight had been a Gay Bar since it had opened 1963 and was Hollywood's Oldest Gay Bar. (It closed in 2011). TERRY used to go there in 1972 to hustle and make some money since he was a really good looking Man. Bob Mizer related that after these Photos were made TERRY robbed the Spotlight with a Gun. All the Patrons and the Bartenders at the Spotlight knew who TERRY was so robbing it was foolish. TERRY did several years in Prison for the Robbery. I always wondered if TERRY posing with the Gun in these AMG photos gave him the idea to rob the Spotlight Bar.? I remember reading years ago that some Vintage Bloggers researched this story and reported that what Mizer had said about TERRY was true.!! The Spotlight Bar was 6 Miles from Bob Mizer's AMG Studio.! TERRY never returned to Modeling and became a Convicted Felon who could never carry a Gun.!!
Now this guy has what I would admiringly call "esprit"!
