Stanley Stanczyk from Douglas of Detroit.
A professional weightlifter from the mid 1940s to the early 1950s Stanley won five world titles and six American titles in that sport. He also took the gold at the 1948 Olympics in London. His photos appeared in many bodybuilder and weightlifting magazines. Many of them were censored, so he obliviously had no problem posing nude. IMO, this DoD photo is his best.
The lighting and oil job are perfect. But then, so is the male.
