My dad did own many GM Pontiacs. This one don't seem to be a GTO but more a Parisienne 1969. https://www.autocarbure.com/1969-pontiac-parisienne-trouvaille-de-la-semaine-du-6-aout/
Ahhh...the Parisienne! I love saying that word. It sounds so refined and exotic. You nailed it. Both the GTO and Parisienne had that nose on the front in 1969.
to James IV - I think the car is a Pontiac Bonneville based on the shape of the pointy center part of the grill, just my opinion, guys. BTW James - I really do enjoy your site and how you give names when possible, which add to my enjoyment of the wonderful men you share. Mike in SW Missouri

DeleteYeah those big-nosed Pontiacs of the late 60s/early 70s. The Parisienne was the Pontiac version of the Caprice.
ReplyDeleteI love the early 70s Caprices. I had some interesting encounters inside a 1973 Classic. Memories!
DeleteLooks like there was a bit of a prang...under the male's left hand, is that a dent? But then, who's looking at his hand?
