Hard Hat Hard Seat

Blue Max Hensley takes a seat for AMG in 1977 -- the same year he posed for Playgirl as James Sexton.   Given Playgirl's penchant for using their models' real names we can assume that was his real name.  I wonder how he got the name Blue Max.
