CASEY PARKER & BLACKIE PRESTON in the 1975 AMG Film "Goat on Roof "!! There was a Billy Goat in this Film also. If you look under the Christmas Tree there is a Game called "Hey PA! There's a Goat on the Roof." They perform nude in the Film. There is no posing straps used. I have the photo were CASEY and BLACKIE hold up name cards for this Film.
My photo app's facial recognition suggested Don Patrick for the blond. The tattoos (often very helpful) certainly match.
