Yet another photo of the cast of Wyngate & Bevins film Eight Athletes where a group of guys enjoy the great outdoors in the nude. Thanks to Brian E. who helped identify many of these guys in the past, I have only one model who remains unidentified.

ReplyDeleteHey James, the guy 3rd from the right between Butch Umbenhauer and Jim Wayne is Bob Zimmerman. It's only the guy 2nd from left who remains stubbornly unidentified.

DeleteJames I do not understand the casting of this short film "Eight Athletes".? You correctly identified 6 of the 7 Models in the photo here with one Unknown. In subsequent Photos for this same film you have additionally identified JIM GIUSSI, SAM HUNTER, JIM BARCKLEY, JERRY SULLIVAN, TOM SMITH & JOE IANINNI. Plus another unknown Model. So that totals 12 identified Models and at least 2 more Unknown Models. How can there be 14 Models in a Film called "Eight Athletes."? Could some of these photos actually be for other Wyngate & Bevins or AMG films?

DeleteOnlly 4 Performers were ever identified in Eight Athletes officially. Gerald Sullivan, Joseph Iannini, Sam Hunter and Jim Barckley. The other four models were not identified. I think that is one reason it has been so difficult to identify all the Models/ Performers. Jim Giussi for example. It is hard to believe Mizer would not have identified him for 8 Athletes if he was in it. Yet JIM is not in the Photo here. The same with Jerry Sullivan and Sam Hunter. They all were fairly big names to be left out of the credits for a Film.
ReplyDeleteThis still is from the film "Hemet," not "Eight Athletes." The oft-unidentified baby-faced cutie who is second from left is Dennis Decker. Your other IDs are all correct.
