Rick Jones by Bob Anthony. (Thanks Brian!) I think it's the same guy in both photos.
Mr. Anthony, who was based in NYC, took photos of young men from (roughly) 1962 through 1972. He was probably better known as the publisher of Young Champ magazine featuring his models as well as models from many other studios including Milo, Kris, Scott and AMG.
While I knew I had an ID for this guy, I had to rely on my software to find him. His name is Rick Jones.
