The Guard

From the Kris film The Guard released in 1965.  The cast included Cherokee (aka Everett Lee Jackson), Jerry James, Jay Reed and Bruno Marino. 

Bruno played the handsome guard and the guy with the big tattoo on his chest is Jay Reed. 

That's Cherokee unlocking the cell door and Jerry James is the first to follow him.
