I can only help with #2 - Benny Proctor (L) & Wayne Martin - I have only two more photos of this duo - one of which helpfully has name plates, I'll send them to you, James.
This is Dusty Wood and Sal Gennaro in the AMG shower. I have another photo where they are holding up signs with their names and the tattoos match.
