I usually, kept it an empty studio. I did shoot one with a little dick, with 5 friends crowded in, giggling and making jokes. It went well enough for me and the group as a whole...though, I felt the Model had trouble, really communicating with the camera.
I often wondered about stuff like this. And how many assistants were usually involved? Did assistants go along on still photo shoots?
