Christensen was photographed at the Great Salt Lake area by Bruce Bellas. Bellas, though from Nebraska, may have had relatives in Utah, (he or they may have been Mormon) as Bellas used some Mormon youths as models. For example - Mike Sill, Walt Needham, Jerry Debry, Robert Kendall and the Latschkowski brothers. -Rj
