I have posted photos of Jerry Sims and I'm fairly sure this is the same guy. As for Buddy, I've never seen him before or since. I think the top photo is from an issue of Physique Pictorial. Mizer helpfully included Subjective Characters for Buddy, but with three question marks he's basically saying he doesn't know much at all about him.
With all those question marks, Mizer must have heard rumors of Leather Dad Colt's proclivities....:)
