Bob Wattleton in my opinion took much more provocative photos for Pat Milo than he did with RA Enterprises. I think his photos for RA Enrerprises was years after the Milo photos. As to his Hair it appears that he always styled it the way you see in the photos. It is the same for the Milo Photos as it is for the RA Enterprises. In a time of Hippies and the Vietnam War and protests maybe his hair was his own "protest" against the conventional.
The greaser look with the jelly roll and elephant trunk was passe in the later 60's. Wattleton was a kid in the 1950s and probably looked up to the greasers of that time, hence his 50's look. You look at HS yearbooks and most kids are very clean cut even in 1969, few were hippie like and a few even look like they were from 1949 instead of 1969....:)
