I thought Bill Grant the second I saw the photo. I do not have this pic or any of him in the chair, but there are others where head shape, ears and his Johnson are very similar. I think you nailed the identity.
Well, in my collection I have it labelled as Bill Grant. I have another one presumably from the same session, without the chair, but with the same shaggy rug.
He's beautiful, for sure. But I don't think it's Bill Grant.
