John McCaw also posed for Mizer under the name David Goss. This was not uncommon - even the recent double volume of AMG 1000 model directory lists Paul Campton under 3 different names (without acknowledging it's the same model). With the 1000s of models Mizer shot, it's no wonder this often occurred.
