The hat and boots tell me this might be a professional photograph. I'm hoping it is because that means there are more photos of this guy somewhere.

This guy's name is Jerry Jones. I have 3 other photos of him and one which is colour (slightly cropped) version of this photo. I'll send them to you. I have no clue as to the photographer's name.
