The two guys on the right look vaguely familiar, but I have never been able to ID them or the photographer. I'm reposting them together.
Cambria sent me a color version of a photo I posted yesterday. The guy on the right still looks familiar.
Brian says the guy on the left is Larry Nielsen. I think he got it. I've posted other photos of Larry.

DeleteI think the Man next to LARRY 2nd from the LEFT is JERRY MURRAY. JERRY and LARRY both made color and b&w films together for Richard Fontaine circa 1970.

The guy I'm calling Joe Iannini 2nd from right in this photo has the same tattoo on the right upper arm (an indistinct 'rose' maybe), as the guy posing with J.D. Gregg in several AMG photos (in one of which they are holding name cards) where the setting is a metal bunk bed. I know there is another Joe Iannini who's posed with Sam Hunter, Jim Guissi, Tom Smith & Brian Idol (to name a few of his posing partners). That Joe Iannini has a skull and cross-bones tattoo on his left forearm. I've never seen that Joe Iannini holding a name card. As far as I'm concerned there must be two Joe Ianninis.
