It's That Time Again!

Once again it's time to see if we can get names for the models I have been unable to identify.  In some cases I can identify the photographer, if that helps.  

First up is a photo of two models by Bruce of LA.  I have a guess for the guy on the right, but I don't want to taint the jury.
