Escapee
Bill Simons was an escaped convict from a prison on the east coast who made his way to the west coast and stopped by Bob Mizer's studio once he got there.

Little did people know, but Bill Simons was actually an escaped convict. Nonetheless he was able to get a job as Chauffeur to the Governor of California. BILL SIMONS was from Bradford Pennsylvania and he was born there in 1939. BILL was 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 150 pounds. After the News broke that BILL was an escaped convict and Mizer had used him in 3 AMG Short films Mizer reported that sales of those films soared.!
