Who's the Cop?

From the left: Jaan Kangro, John Conklin and James Nash in the AMG film Cop and Two Punks.  I don't know which one played the cop.  I would guess it was James.

    JAAN KANGRO was from Bonikow Poland a tiny Farming Village in SouthWestern Poland. JAAN was 5 feet 7 inches and weighed 150 pounds.
