Chip Cunningham by Bruce of LA.
There are probably a few readers out there who are not familiar with this model. Chip was the younger brother of Scotty Cunningham -- one of Bruce's most popular models.
I never saw this photo before but why is there such a large black mark over his lower leg.? That does not appear to be a shadow. I could not imagine Bruce Bellas offering a photo like this for sale.
