Gary Agar by (I think) Champion. I know what you're thinking. Was Gary related to Dean Agar? Yes, he was. Gary was Dean's younger brother.
Both photos you posted of GARY AGAR were made by Bob Anthony in New York City in 1969. I bought them years ago with authentications at an auction which is the only reason I know.
