At first I thought this might be Joe Spencer, but the tattoo seems wrong. Anyone recognize him?
I think that this is a Pat Milo photo. I do not think it is Joe Spencer who had a brother named Rick Spencer who also was a model. This Model's face is more chubby, the tattoos are wrong and he is less endowed than Joe Spencer.
