If MIKE KING posed for Calafran when he was "older" then he must have posed for Bob Mizer in the mid-1960s. I do not think MIKE made any short films for Bob Mizer at AMG.
Calafran was only around for a few years starting in 1967 and was gone by 1971. J Brian and Bob Damron founded Calafran but Bob Damron wanted out and J Brian moved on solo after 1971.
He's very cute, and obviously well hung... I don't know about that haircut though... He's much cuter with his hair up like in that last pic, but who am I kidding, he could be bald, and I could care less...
Any shots of him with a hard on?
